Norbury Library

Ensigna Construction have successfully completed the renovation and refurbishment of Norbury Library

NELL GWYNNE WARD AT CHELSEA & WESTMINSTER HOSPITAL

The project comprises the refurbishment of the Nell Gwyne ward. Works completed in 10 weeks another major effort by all involved. Works including:

Kingston Hospital – Endoscopy Ward Refurbishment

Completed September 2020 of the refurbishment of the Endoscopy Ward. The project included installation of the steel deck to accommodate the 2 AHU, Chiller and BMS Panel on roof level to service the new Endoscopy Ward on Level 7.

Shoreditch Park Primary School – MUGA Pitch

Ensigna Construction have successfully completed the refurbishment of a multi-use games area (MUGA) at Shoreditch Park Primary School in Hackney.

Chelsea & Westminster Hospital ( Labour Ward )

Complete 2019 Refurbishment of Labour Ward, including new AHU’s with DX Heating and Cooling plant HEP Filter controls all installed on the roof. Total renovation of all Birthing Suites, Delivery Theatres, New Surgeons Panels.

Mood lighting, flooring nurse base and comms.

Refurbishment involved working in a “ live “ environment, to the highest standards, with excellent communications and liaison with Senior Chelsea & Westminster personnel. Including out of hours shift rotations in order to maintain progress and deliver timescales.

Jubilee School Hackney

New roof installation at Jubilee School Hackney Removal of existing roof, followed by new installation of Bauder roof.

Kingston Hospital NHS

Kingston Hospital NHS – Kingston Coombe Ward project.

Reception area refurbishment including demolition of walls, strip-out (floor/ceilings) New doors + screens.

Office conversion to provide new maternity unit

Conversion of existing office space to provide new ward bed bays and clinical examination rooms.

Chelsea West 4th Floor Gyn

Conversion of office space into new ward area and consulting room.
